Montgomery County ballots can only be returned to Montgomery County designated locations. Do not use drop off boxes from another County or State.
Please follow the instructions included with the ballot materials. General instructions include:
- Place the ballot in the secrecy envelope; do not write on the secrecy envelope
- Make sure you are completing your own return envelope
- Fully complete the declaration on the return envelope by signing your name and writing the date
- Return your ballot to the county Board of Elections no later than 8PM on Election Day
- Ballots may be returned by mail, or drop box. Postmarks do not apply
If you received a letter from Voter Services to verify your ID, you must complete and return your ID verification letter no later than six (6) calendar days after Election Day.
