You can update your address, name or political party affiliation through the Pennsylvania Department of State’s online application. Before you begin, be sure to have your Pennsylvania driver’s license or PennDOT ID card handy. Once you submit your online application, it will be forwarded to the appropriate county voter registration office for processing.
This is the same form that one would use to register to vote, so be sure to select the correct reason for your application (question 3).

If you do not have a Pennsylvania Driver's License or PennDOT ID card, you can complete this form and mail it to our office. This form is for new registrations and any updates or corrections to an existing voter registration profile.
